Divino @ One Bangsar

It was Hari Raya eve and since it is holiday tomorrow, we decided to celebrate it too. So off we went to Divino Wine Bistro at One Bangsar along with a few friends. This bistro was runned by the same boss of Denise Wines. I have heard of the place for quite sometime and the thing that attracts me is that they had a wine cellar there where we could purchase retail prices of the wines and savour in the bistro. No extra charge or corkage. I love wines.

We reach at about 8.30pm and the place was not pack. We ordered our dinner which was surprisingly not that expensive and could actually consider cheap for a place in Bangsar. Anyway, after placing the order, off we went to choose the red wine. The price range is from RM50++ to RM12000++ per bottle. Of course we did not get the 5 digit bottle lar. Hee hee. Was recomended a fruity and soft wine for starters. It was called Pinot Noir. Not strong at all but the ladies would love it. Food was not bad and we later on ordered another bottle. This time I chose Carbernet, a level higher than Pinot Noir.

Then a few more friends joined us and he chose another bottle Carbernet Sauvignon Merlot. Ah.. even stronger.. love it. We were chatting away and soon we ordered another bottle Shiraz this time which is the strongest in flavor. One of my friend got a bit high and went for a nap. Hahaha. It was a great wine night indeed.

but on one condition.. please do not let Gary be a stall keeper.. he drink more than sell.. kakakaa..
